1. Order and Delivery

  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped? Orders placed by 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped on the same day, while other orders are shipped within 24-48 hours at the latest.

  • How much is the shipping fee? Shipping is free for purchases of 1500 TL and above. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.

  • How many days will it take for my order to arrive? Orders dispatched from our Denizli-based warehouse are usually delivered to your address within 1-3 business days, depending on your province.

2. Product and Fabric Quality

  • What fabric are Çapıt products made of? We only use Cotton and Compact Combed Cotton fabrics in our products. These fabrics are more durable, smoother, and retain their shape even after repeated washes compared to standard t-shirts.

  • Do the products shrink? Our compact combed cotton fabrics undergo a special process; as long as you follow the washing instructions (30 degrees, wash inside out), you will not experience any shrinkage or distortion problems.

  • How can I choose the right size? You can find the most suitable measurements for yourself on our "Size Chart" on the product pages. If you have any questions, you can contact us via our WhatsApp line.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • What is the return period? We exceed the legal 14-day period, and as ÇAPIT, we grant the right to return unused products within 30 days.

  • Who pays the return shipping fee? In cases of sending defective products or incorrect orders, the shipping cost is entirely covered by us. For discretionary returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping is free if you use our contracted shipping code.

  • When will the refund be processed? Once your return reaches our warehouse and is approved, an instruction is sent to your bank within 10 business days.

  • What are the payment methods? You can make secure payments with your credit card or debit card under the assurance of iyzico.

  • Is my shopping secure? Our website is protected with a 256-bit SSL certificate. Your card details are never stored on our servers; they are encrypted and processed directly through the iyzico infrastructure.
